I believe that wellness begins with curiosity: a deep understanding of how your body moves, where tension hides, and what it truly needs to thrive. I see each body as an individual system—dynamic, adaptive, and unique. My work blends mindful movement, intentional touch, and evidence-informed techniques to help you reconnect with your strength, flexibility, and balance. Every session is an invitation: to slow down, notice your body, and explore what it asks for. Through guided movement, hands-on work, breath, and gentle awareness, we release what no longer serves you, restore alignment, and cultivate a sense of ease that radiates beyond the session. My approach honors both the science of the body and the subtle wisdom it carries, creating space for transformation, recovery, and a renewed sense of self. True wellness isn’t a routine—it’s a practice of listening, adjusting, and aligning with your body’s unique rhythms. My vision is to guide you into that connection, leaving you centered, revitalized, and at home in your body.
Our Services
Movement Analysis, Assessment & Massage
A personalized 90-minute renewal session that starts by getting to know how your body actually moves. First, we use gait and platform analysis with functional movement to spot patterns, compensations, and places working harder than they need to. From there, we shift into a guided movement session. Think smart, targeted movement designed to build strength, improve mobility, and help your body find a more efficient groove. Oh—and then the massage. Hands-on bodywork to help everything settle in, release what’s been hanging on, and give your system a chance to reset. Each session is built around you, and your goals and needs. – $140
Personalized Massage
This is a bespoke 60–120 minute renewal session, built around what your body actually needs that day—not a routine. Using a mix of modalities like Swedish, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral, and more, layering in tools like cupping and hot stones where they make sense. There’s structure to the work, but also room to follow what your body is asking for. And yes—there may be a small, intentional dash of “woo.” The goal is simple: Leave feeling balanced, relaxed and more at home in your body. $100 – $200
Customized Yoga Sessions
Solo, or bring a friend or two. Ten would be plenty. Better still, make it twenty. (the max.) I’ve been practicing yoga for over 30 years, with 18 of those leading up to my 500-hour teacher training. Along the way, I’ve logged more than 1,000 hours teaching a wide range of bodies, abilities, and intentions. You tell me what you’re looking to get out of it—strength, mobility, recovery, stress relief, or just a good reset—and I’ll sequence the class around you and/or your group. I will meet you where you are at and leave you feeling better than when you walked in. $60 – $250
